New Jersey Local Raw Honey produced by our honeybees from New Jersey wildflowers. Our apiaries are located in a variety of different landscapes within Cream Ridge, Upper Freehold, Millstone, Allentown and Jackson, New Jersey. These locations produce different types of flora including black locust, basswood/linden, clover, alfalfa and a variety of local wildflowers each adding to the distinctive taste of our honeys.
Our local raw honey still contains the natural pollen that our bees collect along with nectar. Many believe it is a great way to improve your immune system against allergies.
